Service
Whatsoever you did for the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me (Mt 25:40)
Trinity is committed to the values of compassion and personal responsibility. The long tradition of Catholic social teaching and action is grounded in the belief in the dignity of all humans and that people have a right and a duty to participate in society, seeking together the common good and well-being of all, especially the poor and vulnerable. We strive to guide students toward a path of compassion, responsibility and morality – this is why we place such an emphasis on service projects.
Trinity hosts school-wide projects that benefit the Red Cross, Dare to Care, Catholic Relief Services and many more. In addition, students have a service requirement as part of their Theology classes.
Service Requirements
Part of the mission of Trinity High School is to guide students toward a path of compassion, responsibility and morality—helping them make positive choices. While at Trinity, every student will provide a minimum of 45 hours of service in the greater community. Freshmen, sophomores, and juniors are required to complete service hours, which count as a grade in their second-semester Theology course. Detailed information is provided in Theology classes.

Service Opportunities
Look at the Service Hour Rockspace page, upcoming and ongoing service opportunities can be found there. Please talk with your Theology teacher or Mr. Luken if you have questions or concerns about whether or not your site/service will fit the required criteria.
Where can I find a site or service opportunity?
Consider starting with your church – what ministries are already happening that you can join or work with?
